Dr. Danielle Kaprielian PT, DPT, COMT , TPI-M2 grew up in Ashland, MA. She graduated from Springfield College with her Bachelors in Pre Physical Therapy Health Sciences in 2016 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. She played lacrosse since she was young and due to an injury in high school, developed a passion for physical therapy. Since high school, she volunteered every year at a local golf tournament. One year she subbed in due to a player having to cancel last minute and then her love for golf took off.

After graduation, she worked in private practice before working at the prestigious Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. During her time at Brigham and Women’s she provided the highest level of care, worked on protocols, and was recognized for her leadership culminating in being recognized as a Senior Physical Therapist. Throughout her career, Danielle has worked with athletes at all levels, from youth to professional and recreational weekend warriors, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance. She recognized that at times the current system falls short and wanted to change our approach to healthcare. After 4 years of practice in the traditional health care model, Danielle created ACE ELITA, LLC to help bridge the gap of patients left behind by traditional physical therapy so that patients could fully return to the activities they love and thrive at an even higher level.

She is dedicated to lifelong learning to continue to provide the highest quality of evidence-based care to her clients. She pursued a high level of manual therapy skills through her Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist certification and examination. She is a Titlest Performance Institute Level 2 Medical Professional. Her other certifications include Dry Needling Certification through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy, Sportsmetric Certification through Sportsmetrics USA, Graston (IASTM) M1 Certification through Graston Technique, and Cupping Certification through RockTape.
